JOB DETAIL

Job Description

Responsibilities : 

  • Responsible for all the paper works / computer works related to Medical Reports.
  • Prepares documents and correspondence (internal, external and official letters) of the department.
  • Responsible for the Medical Administration staff’s schedules, time-sheet, evaluation and vacation.
  • Transcribe dictated medical reports.
  • Routes UMC Policies and Procedures to all Medical Administration Department Staff and ensure the acknowledgment of each staff.
  • Establishes, maintains, and oversees accurate files, medical report and other documents.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Requesting and maintaining the stock of all the stationery used in the office.
  • Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realms of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

Specialized Knowledge : 

  • Excellent typing speeds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English language both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality or records and information.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
  • Attention to detail and good follow through on work tasks.
  • Good clerical skills, filing, knowledge of word processing and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent social skills with all staff, patients and families.
