Initial 6 month contract for an IT support officer to join a growing business in Melbourne’s CBD.

About the role

  • Reporting to the Service Desk Team lead this assignment requires an experienced service desk engineer to hit the ground running in a busy & demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You will be supporting the 70+ offices Australia wide & internal users on visits.
  • An average day in this position would involve responding to and managing incoming tickets, along with desk-side support as required.

Required Experience :

  • Help-desk experience – 2 + years
  • Ticketing software and familiarity with ITIL principles
  • Strong evidence of customer service
  • Active Directory, Exchange Administration
  • Windows Server 08/12 R2
  • Office 2013
  • Mobile Technology (ipads/iPhone/android)
