About the Company

u&u. Greater Western Sydney has been engaged exclusively by an instantly recognisable manufacturing business to recruit a Dynamics CRM Administrator position. The company is innovative and entrepreneurial and boasts low staff turnover due to their vibrant and family-orientated culture. The company has approx. 550 employees globally and is on an exciting trajectory for future growth. The company is based in the Lidcombe area with parking on-site provided for the successful candidate.

About the Role / Duties

Due to the company’s ongoing growth, a need has arisen for a dynamic and friendly CRM Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities 

  • The role will be a global role that will see the successful candidate travel to global sites and own the CRM process and system for this company;
  • The initial focus of this role will be on assisting the CIO to transition from Dynamics 2016 CRM to Dynamics 365 CRM to all their global sites. The role will be integral in ensuring that the company has
  • an accurate view of their customer relationships and insights into the business development pipelines;
  • Post-implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM, the role will serve as a critical support for queries, customisations, product development, data cleansing and data migration initiatives;
  • The role will identify and design options that address the company’s requirements and ensure the proper functioning of the CRM system; and
  • The role will build and support new BI reports for the CRM and will provide end user training where required.

Skills & Experience

This role would ideally suit a highly energetic and hungry candidate with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar CRM Administrator or CRM Analyst role. As the role is a global role, candidates will be excited to travel to new destinations and expand their international experience. Ideally you will have a Dynamics 2016 or Dynamics 365 certification and have hands on experience analysing, designing and supporting Dynamics 2016 or Dynamics 365 applications. You will also have strong experience building BI reports and be an excellent communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
