An extremely experienced professional, the MD works with valued clients across a range of sectors and practices to deliver campaign strategies that help meet client’s business objectives. As part of extensive growth plans for the region, our client is now seeking an experienced and professional Digital Client Manager to join the Dubai office. Although currently a small team, there is expected to be growth and internal development for the successful individual as business and client engagement increases.
You will be a motivated, passionate and dynamic digital specialist with a creative flair and the ability to manage client’s expectations to deliver successful campaigns. The ideal candidate will be front facing and working in partnership with clients to assess their needs and build strong working relationships to assist in the development of their business as a whole. Your creative flair will be used to design, build and maintain client’s social media presence and develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns via a range of techniques including email campaigns, paid search, SEO, PPC, online monetarization and display advertising. You will also manage relationships with influencers in the region for collaborative marketing campaigns, update client websites and measure and report on the overall campaign performance and success. A strong relationship builder with and a keen eye for detail and creativity, as the Digital Client Manager you will also ensure that strategic growth plans and business proposals are developed and take control of budgets and deadlines.
This role is open to candidates whom possess at least 3 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or an Executive ready for their next step. You will be educated with a relevant marketing and communications degree and be able to demonstrate your knowledge of all social media campaigns, website metrics, email marketing and SEO. Those with experience in video campaigns, content marketing, HTML and CSS are a distinct advantage. Fluency in the English language is essential in this role and you must be motivated to succeed and develop further.
