Asst Manager HR – Chandigarh Role
Handling end-to-end HR processes on a regional level.
Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled according to budget (including replacements).
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes in the region.
Coordinating for annual performance reviews.
Coordination for confirmation of employees at the end of the probation period
Assist in analyzing the training needs of employees and coordinate for conducting relevant training programs
Make positive interventions in organization culture building.
Responsible for maintaining up to date HRIS
Generate appropriate MIS reports
Should be highly objective and performance driven.
Should have excellent leadership skills
Should have good organizing and analytical abilities.
Measures of success
Effective coordination of HR activities at the regional level
Fill in manpower requirements based on budget
Administration of all HR processes in the region
