Strong desktop security experience in terms of anti – virus, firewalls etc.
Configuring Outlook/ Ms – outlook
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network products like Router& switches
Preparation of Daily /Weekly/ Monthly reports
Different type of software installation
Creating and managing user & group a/c and their policies
Managing Disk space, Processor/ Memory/ Network/ process Utilization related to client/server
Manage logs files
Handle and manage on site troubleshooting problem like network/ filesystem /booting/
3 Years Polytechnic Diploma/B.Tech/B.E – 2016, 2017 & 2018 Pass outs (Must have all the educational marksheets & University Provisional)
Should be OK with Desktop/Hardware/service desk support profile..
Flexible to work in & or in combination of field operations, should have good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new technologies
